Afew years ago, my close friend Manavjeet Sidhu lost two relatives to a car accident. What made this accident so devastating was that the ambulance sent as a lifeline had failed on every level, leading to their untimely deaths. We discussed how this could be prevented from happening in the future. After conducting research, we found there is an opportunity to improve the state of emergency services in India and other developing countries.
